Inspectors found staff treated people as individuals, managed risks well and kept people safe, with enough skilled staff and good medicines management.

People and relatives spoke overwhelmingly positively, describing a homely, family-like atmosphere where they felt safe and involved in decisions about their care. Leaders were found to be visible and supportive, with a strong focus on continuous learning and improvement across the home.
