Magdalen House Care Home

Magdalen House provides personal care and support to 52 older people, including those living with dementia. The home is spread across three levels and features personalised bedrooms, dining and communal areas, and adapted bathrooms.

Inspectors found a warm and friendly atmosphere throughout the home. Residents and relatives gave positive feedback about the quality of care, describing feeling safe and having their needs met with respect and dignity. However, they raised concerns about inconsistent leadership, particularly regarding communication and issues with laundry and cleanliness standards.
