Washington Grange

Washington Grange accommodates up to 40 people in a purpose-built facility providing personal care. During inspection, 39 people were using the service. Staff demonstrated correct use of PPE to reduce infection spread, with good supplies maintained and appropriate training provided. The home was clean and tidy throughout, with enhanced cleaning procedures implemented including frequent cleaning of touchpoints.

Visitor screening systems were in place to ensure safety. Staff practices reflected attention to infection control and maintaining a hygienic environment for residents.
