The service supports people with learning disabilities and autism, designed around values of choice, promotion of independence and inclusion. People receive safe care, with staff demonstrating good understanding of safeguarding procedures for reporting incidents of harm or concern. Risk assessments are in place to manage potential risks whilst promoting independence for people using the service.
