Wandsworth Common Care Home

Signature of Wandsworth provides personal and nursing care to up to 97 people aged 65 and over across five floors, each with separate adapted facilities. Two of the wings specialise in supporting people living with dementia. At the time of inspection, 28 people were resident at the service.

The home manages medicines safely and maintains adequate staffing levels to support residents. Risk management plans guide staff on mitigating identified risks, and staff demonstrate awareness of safeguarding procedures and know how to respond to suspected abuse. Accidents and incidents are recorded and analysed to prevent similar occurrences in future.
