George Potter House

George Potter House accommodates up to 69 older people in one adapted building spread across two floors, each with separate facilities. At the time of inspection, 38 residents lived at the home.

Residents and their relatives spoke positively about the care provided. One family member said, "My [family member] is taken care of at George Potter House and I am sure she is happy living there." People felt safe and confident that staff would listen to any concerns they raised. Staff demonstrated understanding of how to protect residents from poor care and abuse, with appropriate training in place to recognise and report safeguarding issues.
