KYN Hurlingham

KYN Hurlingham, in Hammersmith and Fulham, provides personal and nursing care for up to 32 older people, including those living with dementia. At the time of the CQC's assessment, 19 people were using the service. The home is rated Good overall, with an Outstanding rating for how caring staff were.

Inspectors found people received safe, highly professional care from well-trained staff who encouraged independence and choice. People and relatives described staff as kind, respectful and responsive, with activities tailored to individual needs and strong teamwork between staff and external professionals. The service was found to be well led, with effective monitoring and good governance supporting consistently positive outcomes.
