Walton Manor

Walton Manor provides personal care and support for up to 47 older people, including those living with dementia. The home is situated on the outskirts of Wakefield in well-kept private grounds. At the time of inspection, 44 people were using the service.

The service has appropriate safeguarding systems in place to protect people from harm, with individual risk assessments and management systems established. All health and safety certificates are current and up to date, with equipment properly serviced and maintained. The home is clean, uncluttered and well decorated throughout.
