Residents were happy and reported that staff were kind and understood their needs well. People were encouraged to make their own choices and maintain their independence, with care plans tailored to individual preferences and requirements.

Residents felt safe at the home. Where risks had been identified, staff received clear guidance on how to manage them, and staff demonstrated good knowledge of how to keep people safe.
