Village Green Care Home

Village Green Care Home provides personal and nursing care to up to 41 people across two floors, with one floor dedicated to supporting those living with dementia. The service cares for older and younger adults with dementia, physical disabilities, or mental health support needs. At inspection, 24 people were using the service. Residents have their own bedrooms with en-suite facilities and access to communal areas including lounges, dining rooms, and a garden. The manager and provider have implemented positive changes that have improved the service, though they acknowledged further work is needed in some areas to maintain and build on these improvements.
