Richmond Manor provides personal and nursing care to 30 people aged 65 and over, many of whom are living with dementia or have physical or sensory impairments. The home can accommodate up to 69 people across three floors, with each bedroom featuring an ensuite wet room. Residents have access to shared lounges on each floor, a cinema room, spa-style bathrooms, a hair dressing salon, a café, and outdoor garden and courtyard areas.

People and their relatives spoke positively about the service. One relative described it as "a cross between a care home and a hotel, a place where there is an element of freedom and choice," highlighting the residents' experience of having control over their daily lives.
