This service accommodates up to eight people with learning disabilities and/or autism across two floors of an adapted building. At inspection, six people were living there. However, inspectors found significant gaps in how the service managed risks. Guidance for staff on managing known risks lacked consistency and detail, while incident analysis procedures were not robust enough to identify triggers and patterns in behaviours. The process for making best interest decisions needed more detail, and staff training on residents' health needs was incomplete, though the service was taking action to address this.
