Villa Scalabrini provides personal and nursing care to people over 65, including those living with dementia. The home is organized across two floors with three separate units, and each person has their own ensuite bathroom. Communal spaces include lounges, dining rooms, gardens and kitchens.

The service has implemented measures to support safe visiting and maintain residents' connections with family and friends. Visitors are screened for COVID-19 symptoms through health checks and lateral flow tests, while staff and professional visitors provide proof of vaccination. All visitors wear appropriate personal protective equipment. Residents are supported to maintain contact through video calls, telephone calls, and both indoor and outdoor visits.
