Wilton Lodge Residential Home

Wilton Lodge provides personal care to up to 36 older people, some living with dementia. At inspection, 33 people were using the service. Staff had received training across a range of topics to meet people's specific needs, and medicines were administered as prescribed. The home identified and managed risks to people's safety effectively, with accidents and incidents reviewed to share learning among staff and prevent recurrence. Effective infection prevention and control measures were in place, including arrangements to keep the premises clean and hygienic.
