Moti Willow provides residential care and personal care for nine people with mental health needs. The service creates a safe, kind and enabling environment where people are supported to lead their own lives. Staff demonstrate good knowledge of safeguarding and medicines are managed safely, with people who are able supported to manage their own medication.

People's needs are fully assessed and their support plans regularly reviewed, including risk assessments for health, safety and wellbeing.

Staff are caring and friendly, with strong knowledge of residents' individual needs. The home maintains sufficient staffing levels with safe recruitment processes in place, and staff feel well supported and trained in their roles. People are supported to access health and social care services with relevant professional input included in their plans.

Staff support people to make choices and have maximum control over their lives, using the least restrictive approaches and acting in their best interests.
