Grosvenor House Care Home

Grosvenor House Care Home provides personal and nursing care to up to 30 older adults, people with physical disabilities, and those with dementia. At inspection, 16 people were using the service. People felt safe and received good quality care from a consistent staff team. Staff were recruited safely, received regular training and supervision, and felt well supported in their roles. They demonstrated a kind and caring nature, providing care in a respectful and dignified way while ensuring people were kept safe from harm and received medicines safely.

People were supported to have maximum choice and control over their lives, with staff supporting them in the least restrictive way possible. The registered manager was described as approachable and fair by people, staff, and relatives. The provider had effective governance systems in place, ensuring good oversight of the service.
