Vermont House

Vermont House provides support to up to nine people with learning disabilities and/or autism, with five residents at the time of inspection. Although the service is larger than recommended by best practice guidance, it has been rated good because it arranges care in a way that ensures person-centred support. Residents are encouraged to maximise their independence, choice, and control while remaining involved in their local community. The service operates in accordance with best practice guidance, enabling people to live full lives and achieve the best possible outcomes.
