Walmley House provides personal care for up to six people with learning disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, physical disabilities, or sensory impairments. At inspection, four people were living in the home across two adapted buildings, with a main residence containing five rooms and a self-contained annex.

The home maintains a team of five staff on day shifts, including a senior carer and registered manager, with four staff covering nights and managers available on-call as needed. People felt safe at the home and staff demonstrated good knowledge of safeguarding processes.
