Ventura

Ventura provides personal care and accommodation for up to 7 people with mental health support needs across 2 self-contained flats and an adapted main building with 5 individual bedrooms, communal spaces and accessible outdoor areas. At inspection, 5 people were using the service.

People told inspectors they felt safe with the support provided. However, shortfalls were found with risk assessments and quality assurance systems that placed people at increased risk of harm. The systems in place to monitor and improve the quality and safety of the service were not fully effective.
