The home implemented thoughtful measures to support people during the pandemic, accommodating new arrivals in rooms where window visits could occur, allowing residents to maintain relationships safely while settling in. Staff assigned specific carers to support people who had tested positive for COVID-19, and the senior housekeeper developed detailed cleaning schedules to help prevent infection spread.
