Selly Park

Selly Park is a care home providing nursing and personal care for 29 people aged 65 and over, with capacity for up to 50 residents. Most people, relatives, and staff reported that the service provided good quality care. People were safe using the service, with staff demonstrating knowledge of how to protect people from harm and reduce risks. However, governance systems to monitor service quality required improvement, particularly in ensuring risk assessments and care plans reflected all medical conditions such as epilepsy and seizures, and that clear protocols were consistently in place to guide staff in supporting people effectively.
