United Response - 2a St Alban's Close provides care and support for people with learning disabilities and physical disabilities, with four people living at the service. The CQC found the home had improved since its last inspection, moving from Requires Improvement to Good overall.

Inspectors found staff were kind, attentive and skilled at understanding people's complex communication needs, with person-centred care plans and strong family and professional involvement. People were supported to make choices, stay safe, access their community and live in a clean, homely environment. Leadership was found to be strong, with good oversight, safe medication practices and an open, inclusive culture.
