This care home accommodates up to four people with learning disabilities in a purpose-built ground floor property in Harehills, Leeds. Four people were living there at the time of inspection.

Relatives and health professionals gave positive feedback, noting that care and support met individual needs and that they felt fully involved in care planning. Communication with the home was reported as good. Care planning had improved, with records now clear, person-centred and reflective of each person's individual needs.
