Twynham

Twynham provides care for up to seven people with learning disabilities or autism. At the time of inspection, all seven places were occupied. While staff noted the need for additional permanent positions, the provider had employed regular agency staff to meet people's needs, with recruitment efforts underway.

People felt safe at the service and relatives expressed confidence in their safety. Abuse prevention systems were in place, and staff demonstrated awareness of how to identify, prevent and report concerns. Safe recruitment practices were followed, and adequate staffing levels were maintained to keep people safe.
