Tusker House is a residential care home providing personal care to 23 older people, some living with dementia, with capacity for up to 72 residents. The home maintains high standards of cleanliness and infection control, with staff appropriately using personal protective equipment and regular COVID-19 testing in place. Visitors are welcomed and supported to maintain contact with their loved ones.

Staff receive regular training and supervision to support people's individual needs and choices. People are assessed, planned for, and regularly reviewed to ensure their care remains appropriate. The home provides homecooked meals and snacks throughout the day and supports residents to access healthcare as needed.

Staff work to support people with maximum choice and control, using the least restrictive approaches in their best interests.
