Tudor House

Tudor House provides personal and nursing care to up to 30 residents aged 65 and over, including those with physical disabilities or dementia. At the time of inspection, 25 people were being supported.

Residents were well protected from abuse and harm. Staff followed clear guidance on managing health and safety risks and administered medicines safely. The home demonstrated a commitment to learning from incidents to prevent recurrence.

The warm and welcoming environment enabled person-centred care delivery.
