The Grange

The Grange provides personal care for 20 residents, with capacity for up to 47 people. The home supports residents living with physical disabilities or dementia. During the inspection, staff demonstrated effective infection prevention and control procedures with clear protocols that were consistently followed.

The home had established robust systems for personal protective equipment, including designated facilities where visitors could sanitise their hands and put on PPE. All visitors underwent screening questions and temperature checks. The conservatory had been adapted to provide screened visiting spaces in line with current guidance.

Staff had received training in infection prevention and control measures to ensure the safety of residents and visitors.
