Fountain Court

Fountain Court provides accommodation and personal care for a maximum of 16 older people, some living with dementia. At inspection, 14 residents were living at the service. The home has implemented strong infection prevention measures, including a designated visiting room in a separate unit where visitors are tested for COVID-19 before entering. Visitors receive advance information about infection control procedures to reinforce safety protocols. Inspectors observed staff consistently adhering to personal protective equipment and social distancing guidance. Infection prevention and control procedures are routinely discussed during daily staff handovers to ensure staff stay updated on best practice guidelines and the importance of maintaining high standards in areas such as cleaning.
