Glencoe Care Home

Glencoe Care Home accommodates up to 20 people and provides nursing care and support for those living with dementia. At the time of inspection, 19 people were residing there. Residents expressed satisfaction with their care, with one saying "I'm very happy" and another stating "Couldn't be happier." They felt safe in the home and appeared happy and comfortable with staff support.

Relatives were equally positive about the service, particularly praising staff efforts during COVID-19. One family member noted that "staff worked twice as hard to keep people safe" during the pandemic, while another recorded "We are very happy with the care given at these difficult times." Staff demonstrated a caring approach, spending time engaging with residents through conversation and meaningful interaction.
