Tregenna House

Tregenna House is a residential care home providing personal and nursing care to up to 49 people, with 39 residents at the time of inspection. The service supports predominantly older people requiring nursing care, alongside those living with dementia and mental health needs.

People felt safe at the home, with risks in relation to care identified and managed effectively. Residents were protected from abuse and avoidable harm. Relatives expressed confidence in the safety of their family members, with one stating, "I am very satisfied with [name of person] living here. I feel [the person] is very safe."
