Treetops Nursing Home cares for up to 24 older people with dementia or mental health needs, with 22 residents at the time of inspection. Staff use person-centred care plans to tailor support to each individual's preferences, and the regular staff team delivers care in a positive, caring manner that maintains residents' dignity. While some care plan details required updating, this did not impact the quality of care provided.

Residents have access to appropriate food and fluids throughout the day, though the dining experience could be enhanced to offer greater support. Staff promote wellbeing through a variety of activities and develop strong relationships with residents. Relatives praised the service highly, describing it as "excellent" with staff who are "fantastic, caring and knowledgeable.
