Treetops Court Care Home

Treetops Court Care Home provides nursing and personal care to up to 70 people over the age of 65, many of whom have dementia, mental health needs, or physical disabilities. At inspection, 47 people were using the service.

Inspectors found that while annual safety checks were completed, ongoing checks and building maintenance were not being carried out consistently. This meant faults were not always identified and rectified quickly, putting people at higher risk. Medicines quality audits lacked robustness and were not conducted consistently, which meant errors were not being effectively identified. However, no one had come to harm as a result.
