Rock Cottage Care Services

Rock Cottage Care Services provides personal and nursing care to up to 37 people, primarily older adults, some living with dementia. At inspection, 32 people were using the service.

Staff identified and monitored people's risks, though assessments and records were not always clear. The service did not consistently learn from incidents or use checks to drive improvements in care quality. While the provider maintained adequate staffing levels, not all staff had completed the training required for their roles.
