Treeton Grange provides personal and nursing care to older and younger adults, with capacity for up to 50 people. At inspection, 46 people were using the service. Systems are in place to protect people from abuse and harm, with staff understanding their safeguarding responsibilities.
Risks are assessed and regularly reviewed.
During inspection, worn labels were found on hoist slings that did not identify which person they belonged to. The provider immediately implemented an audit of all slings and replaced labels as needed. Care plans are detailed and guide staff in safely supporting people.
People, relatives and staff confirmed that people feel safe at the service.
