Treelands Home Ltd Main Site and Treelands Atrium

Treelands is a residential care home providing personal care for up to 60 people, some living with dementia. The purpose-built facility comprises a main site accommodating 36 people and a separate Atrium building for 20 people, situated in an accessible rural area with wide country views and large, safe open spaces. At inspection, 56 people were using the service.

Staff supported people to have maximum choice and control over their lives in the least restrictive way possible, with policies and systems in place to uphold this practice. People felt safe at the home and received protection from abuse, with staff aware of their safeguarding responsibilities and receiving appropriate training. One resident commented, "It's lovely here, I'm absolutely fine and I have everything I need. I'm getting a sun lounger so I can sit on my patio in the summer." Relatives expressed confidence in the care provided and felt comfortable leaving their loved ones at Treelands.
