Tranquil Cross

Tranquil Cross is a residential care home providing support to younger adults, including people with a learning disability and autistic people. The CQC reviewed how the service was run, focusing on governance, management and sustainability, and found it continued to meet expectations.

Inspectors found the home upheld people's dignity, choice and independence, in line with national guidance for supporting people with a learning disability and autistic people. The service has retained its overall rating of good.
