Lowenac provides accommodation with personal care for up to two people, and had one person using the service at the time of inspection. The service is designed around values of choice, promotion of independence, and inclusion, enabling people with learning disabilities and autism to live ordinary lives as citizens. Staff members were observed to be caring and compassionate, treating the person using the service with the utmost respect and dignity during the inspection.
