Fairfield House

Fairfield House accommodates up to four people with learning disabilities in a large detached house with extensive outside space. Three people were living at the service during the inspection. The service promotes choice, control, independence and inclusion for residents, enabling them to live as full a life as possible and achieve the best outcomes. People's support focuses on providing as many opportunities as possible for meaningful engagement and personal development.
