Trafalgar Care Home

Trafalgar Care Home accommodates up to 29 older people in one adapted building and currently provides care for 23 residents. The home provides residential care with support from the community nursing service for any nursing needs. The staff team and managers are committed to delivering personalised care, with clear roles and robust systems in place to monitor the quality and safety of care provision. Enough safely recruited staff are available to meet residents' needs. Both people living in the home and their relatives reported positively about the staff and their approach to care.
