Primrose Lodge Weymouth

Primrose Lodge accommodates up to 38 older people in a single adapted building, with 31 residents at the time of inspection. The home provides personal care, with nursing care delivered by the community nursing service.

Staff demonstrated strong infection prevention and control practices, having completed additional training on appropriate personal protective equipment use. The home maintained adequate supplies of masks, gloves, aprons, and hand sanitiser, with staff observed wearing PPE correctly during the inspection. Sanitisation and PPE stations were positioned throughout the home to enable safe removal of equipment.
