Tidings

Tidings is a care home providing support for up to 13 people with learning disabilities and mental health issues, some with complex physical needs resulting from degenerative conditions. At inspection, 12 people were living at the home. The service enables residents to make choices about their daily lives and how they spend their time, with staff supporting them in ways that promote maximum independence and follow their individual interests. Care is highly personalised, built around each person's specific needs and wishes. Staff manage medicines in ways that support residents' independence and optimise health outcomes, working collaboratively with other professionals to ensure people are not taking unnecessary medications.
