Blenheim Lodge provides personal care and accommodation for up to 30 older people, with 19 residents at the time of inspection. Staff follow current infection prevention and control guidance to keep people safe. The home offers a range of activities to maintain residents' wellbeing, including one-to-one sessions in residents' rooms and frequent visits to provide comfort and social stimulation. Staff support residents to maintain contact with family and friends through phone and video calls, with visitors able to book safe in-person appointments. The manager communicates regularly with residents, staff, and family members about safety precautions and how the home maintains people's welfare.
