Threeways Nursing Home provides accommodation for up to 45 older people requiring nursing care. At the time of inspection, 23 people were living at the home. The registered manager had implemented strong infection prevention and control measures following current guidance.

This included provision of personal protective equipment, COVID-19 specific training and competency checks for all staff, and COVID-19 cleaning schedules. Guidance on correct PPE procedures was displayed and available for all staff, and COVID-19 risk assessments were completed for both people and staff to consider individual needs and circumstances.
