Thornlea Rest Home

Thornlea Rest Home is a care home providing personal care and support to up to 15 adults over 18. The CQC assessed the service after concerns were raised about effective management, and found it continued to perform well, retaining its overall Good rating.

Inspectors found comprehensive, regularly reviewed care plans, appropriate use of the Mental Capacity Act, and safe, well-managed staffing. People and relatives spoke warmly of the caring, friendly atmosphere and good communication with the management team, describing staff as attentive and supportive of residents' choices and wellbeing.
