The Highcroft Care Home

The Highcroft Care Home accommodates up to 31 people in single rooms, with communal lounges, a dining room, and garden areas. At inspection, 24 residents were living there. One resident said, "It's my home and I feel relaxed and safe here." Staff monitored and carried out quality assurance checks across the building, equipment, and care provision.

Recruitment procedures were robust and sufficient staffing was in place to care for residents. People were supported to have maximum choice and control over their lives, with staff enabling this in the least restrictive way possible. The management team maintained auditing systems to provide ongoing oversight of the home's operations.
