Thomas Colledge House Care Home

Thomas Colledge House provides residential care to up to 24 people, including older adults, those with dementia, mental health diagnoses, physical disabilities, sensory impairments, and younger adults. At inspection, 14 people were using the service. The home is housed in one building on a single floor with separate wings containing bedrooms, communal dining rooms, lounges, and access to a secure outdoor space.

People felt safe at the home. Staff understood safeguarding policies and procedures, and risk assessments were in place to protect residents. The service minimised restrictions on people's freedom while maintaining their safety.
