The Willows Care Home

The Willows provides accommodation and personal care for up to 28 older people, some living with dementia. At inspection, 23 residents were using the service.

The home safeguards people from abuse, with systems in place to manage incidents, accidents, and continuous learning from events. Risk assessments are followed to keep people safe. Medication is stored and administered safely, and the environment is clean and hygienic.
