The Shrubbery Rest Home

The Shrubbery Rest Home provides personal care support to 21 residents in an adapted building, with capacity for a maximum of 26 older people. Systems to assess and mitigate risks to people's safety and well-being have improved significantly. Staff recruitment procedures protect residents, and employees receive appropriate training and support to meet individual needs. Staffing levels are sufficient to maintain safe care delivery. Residents receive their medicines promptly from trained and competent staff, and infection prevention and control procedures have strengthened to protect people from health risks.
