Redhouse

Redhouse is a residential care home providing personal care to four people with learning disabilities and/or autism. Staff understand their safeguarding responsibilities and work closely with the local authority to protect people from abuse and discrimination. They receive effective training and support, which they report being satisfied with, and inspectors observed them supporting people competently and with care and understanding. The home has robust systems in place to monitor medicine management, staffing, infection control and premises maintenance to protect people from harm. Staff promote dignity and privacy while providing person-centred support by listening to people and engaging them throughout the day. People appear comfortable with staff and the premises offer suitable accommodation with personalised bedrooms and communal areas reflecting individual interests.
