About The Whitehouse
The Whitehouse provides care and accommodation for up to 14 older people. At the time of inspection, 11 residents were living at the service. People were happy with the care they received and felt relaxed with staff, describing them as kind and supportive. One resident said, "They can't do enough for me, they are so kind." Residents reported feeling safe and well supported, noting there were sufficient staff to care for them. Inspectors observed friendly relationships between residents and staff, with interactions characterised by warmth and genuine care.
