The Tobias Centre

The Tobias Centre provides personal care to up to seven people with learning disabilities and/or autism, currently supporting six residents. The service occupies an adapted building with two basement apartments and individual apartments on other floors, along with communal spaces where people can spend time alone with staff support if they wish. Staff support residents to have control over their daily lives and to live as independently as possible, encouraging participation in activities both within and outside the home. Medicines are managed safely and individual risks are carefully assessed to keep people safe while promoting their independence and autonomy.
